The NANGOF Trust is registered under Notarial Deed Trust, the legal document guiding the operations of the Trust.
The NANGOF Trust has a mandate for policy advocacy, network and coordinating, and to strengthen the capacity of its members through various activities conducted regionally and nationally. The NANGOF Trust has 16 Trustees, who constitute the Council. They elect three Office Bearers to represent the Board, consisting of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer. The Trustees serve on the NANGOF Trust Council and are elected into office as Council members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Trust seeks to unite CSOs in their efforts to respond to the socio-economic needs of the poor and the vulnerable people within the Namibian society by profiling, coordinating, and promoting their activities to carry them out effectively, and representing their cause in Policy and other deliberations with the government.
