NAM Mozambique

ECES is conducted a needs assessment mission (NAM) in Mozambique. The delegation consisted of Fabio Bargiacchi (Executive Director), Eva Palmans (Senior Electoral Advisor), and Constantin van Paemel (Operations, Finance and Resource Mobilisation Manager). They visited  the civil society organisation, Mozambique Electoral Observatory - the member organisation of the SADC-ESN network, alongside other electoral stakeholders who can contribute to assessing the past, current and future context relating to electoral violence in the country.
